How do I create Users in the DNS-321/323 Series ShareCenter?

Step 1: Log into the DNS-323/321 Series ShareCenter. The default username is admin (all lower case) and the default password is blank (nothing). Click on Config.

Step 2: Click on the Advanced tab at the top and then click on Users/Groups on the lefthand side.



Step 3: Under User and Group creation, configure the following:

  • User Name - Set a unique name for the user.
     
  • Password - Set a unique password for the user.
     
  • Confirm Password - Confirm the assigned password for the user.

    Step 4: Click on the Add button to save your settings.

    The User will be added to the List of Users

    Note: Users must first be created to add to a group
