To manually turn on or off the IR LED on the camera, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your camera.

Step 2: Click the Advanced tab and then click ICR and IR on the left.

Step 3: Under ICR, you can select Automatic (recommended), Day mode, Night mode, or Schedule mode. 

Step 4: Under IR Light, here you can turn the IR LED Off, On, Sync with ICR, or Schedule. 

Note if you turn off the IR LED and have the cut-filter enabled, the camera will not be able to "see" at night unless there is some light like a street light or you have a 3rd party IR illumination.
