How do I access my DNS-726-4 remotely when I am behind a router or firewall?

To access the DNS-726-4 remotely you will need to create a port forwarding or Virtual server rule to port 80 of the DNS-726-4's IP address and open ports 5150 and 5160 in the firewall to allow access to the audio/video stream.
