No. Access to the mydlink^® service comes included with all mydlink-enabled cameras, routers,storage and connected home devices.

Some newer cameras will offer cloud recording for a monthly fee. This only applies to the DCS-8xxxLH series (except for the DCS-8200LH) using the mydlink app (not mydlink Lite app).
