My COVR-P2502 cannot connect to Internet, what can I do?

If your Covr-P2502 is not performing properly, this could be happening for a number of reasons. Please check the following:

 

1. Confirm your router’s Internet connection is working properly.

 

2. Verify that your Covr-P2500 is properly connected and powered on.

 

3. Verify that your Covr-P2500 firmware is up to date.New firmware updates often include improvements to security and stability
