Why won't some wireless devices connect to my network

Note: This FAQ mainly targets customers who CAN connect wireless with some devices and CANNOT with others.

In some rare cases, you might run into issues connecting certain devices to your wireless signal, especially if you have just upgraded to a new router.

The cause of this issue is typically due to older / out of date wireless adapter drivers that are installed on that device/computer. D-Link suggests upgrading your wireless device drivers to the latest version. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact the hardware manufacture of your device for instructions on how to perform the upgrade.
