The resources associated with these products have ceased their development and are no longer supported.
D-Link Systems, Inc. recommends retiring these products and replacing them with products that receive firmware updates.
After binding a new Controller in my DSN-5000 series array, the write mode went from Write-Back to Write-Through.

For Write-back to be enabled both controller's batteries must be fully charged. The DSN will automatically switch to Write-back after the 2nd controller's battery is charged.
