If you want to reset the camera back to the default settings, follow the steps below:

Note: Resetting the camera will remove all settings and will remove this camera from your mydlink account. The default IP address is 192.168.0.50 and the default login username is admin with the password left blank.

Step 1: Make sure the camera is plugged in and powered on.

Step 2: Using a paper clip, press and hold the reset button (located on the back) for 10 seconds and then release. The camera will reboot.

Step 3: After the camera reboots, launch the mydlink Lite app (or setup software) and set up your camera.

This FAQ applies to models DCS-5009L, 5010L, 5020L, 5222L, and 5030L.
