This incident is sometimes caused from print jobs being stuck in the queue. Try clearing your print queue.

Some software applications on PC's may also try to access your ShareCenter causing it to spin back up periodically. If you do not have a printer connected to your ShareCenter and the hard drives are still spinning up try limiting the devices connected to your network that may be affecting the ShareCenter.
